bet365 Darwin Headquarters was the 7th and final building delivered within the Darwin Corporate Park. The purpose built facility includes an open plan office with 450 desks, 300m2 of raised access floor to accommodate their significant data requirements, of which included 28 switchboards, 3 comms rooms with full UPS backup and 55km of electrical and data cable.

The striking curved building was a tilt panel construction with full height curtain wall glazing and feature panels. The building is fully secure with facial recognition, two lifts and incorporates a significant 100kw solar system. Delivered during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the project remained on time and budget despite significant industry challenges.

DixonGroup worked closely with Pivotal Management Group (client side project managers) to develop an agreement for lease based on a detailed fit-out design brief in line with their national standards.
