Consisting of 97 light industry lots starting from 12,63m2, Berrimah Industrial Estate is located within the wider business district including Darwin Corporate Park, also developed by DixonGroup.

Together with their funding partners, DixonGroup delivered the entire project including planning, construction & sales. DixonGroup partnered with several local and national businesses to deliver their warehouse builds, including a purpose build for lease facility for NT Government Fisheries Department.
