APA deliver half of the Nations Natural Gas usage. They came to DixonGroup with specific requirements for a build-to-lease arrangement with a focus on location, functionality and sustainable design in line with their national Standards.

We delivered a modern, bright office and warehouse space incorporating state of the art meeting rooms, quiet rooms, focus pods, phone booths and breakout spaces. Employees can enjoy the full EOT facilities including bike parking, showers and lockers.

The 800m2 warehouse features 7m height structure with workshop, hot work area, pallet racking and mezzanine storage.

Winner of the UDIA NT Sustainability Award 2024, APA’s new office and warehouse was delivered with a 5 Star NABERS rating including electric car chargers, 65kw solar system, back-up generator and fully integrated BMS system.
